Organisational Culture and Effectiveness Survey

TPI OCES is a unique tool, specifically tailored for our clients to maximise the effectiveness of our approach to culture change. The measurement of culture in the OCES derives from a powerful partnership between The Pacific Institute and Human Synergistics, the latter being a world-leading authority in organisational culture and leadership development for over 30 years. OCES is based on extensive research by Human Synergistics and is normed against 700 organisations around the world.

How does it work?

Leaders often know they need a positive behaviour change in their organisation, but can't get a mandate for change as long as the issues remain undefined. TPI OCES offers a scientific way to gather and present information about how staff view the current culture of their organisation - "Current Reality", and how they would like the culture to be in order to maximise everyone's performance - the "Vision". They key is that both the diagnosis of current challenges and the definition of what would be most effective, are produced by the organisation itself, not by an external consultant. This provides the basis for and inclusive organisational dialogue about culture, values and behaviour, while simultaneously achieving consensus on the necessity for change.

What can you expect?

The process of using TPI OCES is simple and easy to administer, comprising of paper or on-line questionnaires. The survey is conducted anonymously, which encourages honest feedback from participants. Many clients choose to survey again after 18-24 months to measure and report on the positive shift in organisational culture.
