The key focus for development in this process, utilising the Leadership Impact measurement tool and coaching, includes:
- Powerfully structured feedback, via an on-line confidential questionnaire, from up to 8 others who regularly experience the leader’s leadership (compared to their own perception of their ideal impact on others)
- A comprehensive individual report
- A leadership coach who helps each leader to transform their own thinking and their impact on their teams
- Leaders understanding how they are shaping the performance of others in their organisation and the culture
- Leaders becoming more self-aware and therefore accepting why and where development is needed
- Applying the Investment in Excellence concepts from the Personal Alignment process, focusing on the leader’s thought patterns, their impact on their team and new strategies identified
