Cultural Alignment - ME, WE, US
Our Cultural Alignment process, utilising a researched and benchmarked Culture measurement tool, provides an easily understandable and measurable picture of how stakeholders view the current culture and how they would like the culture to be. The process is simple and easy to administer, comprising of on-line confidential questionnaires and it is carried out before we start our other work.
It provides:
- Measures of behaviours at the ME, WE and US levels
- In addition to an overall measure of the organisation’s culture, an opportunity for subgroups to also be identified and measured
- The opportunity for a dialogue about culture, values and behaviour
- An inclusive process that gains 'buy in' on the necessity for change - establishes engagement at a root cause level
- Objective evidence of the need for the Personal, Leadership and Organisation alignment processes
- The opportunity to remeasure the culture transformation at a future point
